I just now watched a headline news cast saying that "1/3 of American's are obese and it might not be because of lack of exercise but rather, excess calories"  Well yeah that's just it!  &lt;br /&gt;WOW we are finally getting to the bottom of the crazy mystery.... &lt;br /&gt;If your picking up sarcasm its because I'm laying it on pretty thick.  SOrry but I'm sick of having good advise fall upon deaf ears while the sales men proclaim to be experts and sell America more crap.  Don't buy anymore crap, not one more thing!!  Do as I say and count your calories.  It's really no that hard. If your having trouble use google to find a website that does it for you.  Then look up the number of calories you should be eating per day and do the math!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Go to http://www.cookingmeskinny.com/theskinny/ for a calorie chart and to read my whole article.
